โ UthJa Alarm ยท Creator dashboard
Effective date: 12 September 2026
UthJa Alarm ("the app") is an alarm clock for Android published by Kishor Sarkar ("we"). The short version: the app has no accounts, we don't collect your name, email address or any identifier, we show no ads, we use no analytics, and we never sell data.
These are stored only on your device and are never sent to us or anyone else:
| What | When | Why | Who processes it |
|---|---|---|---|
| The coupon code you type | Only when you apply a coupon | To check whether the code is valid. It is not linked to you or your device. | Google Cloud Firestore |
| The creator code in the link you installed from | Only if you installed through a creator's link | To count installs and purchases for that code, so we know which collaborations work. Only the code is sent, nothing about you or your device. | Google Cloud Firestore |
| Purchase status | When you buy or restore the lifetime unlock | To unlock the app. Payment details (card, UPI, etc.) are handled entirely by Google Play, and we never see them. | Google Play |
| Firebase version and platform information | With coupon checks | Sent automatically by the Firebase software so Google can maintain its service. Google states it is never linked to a user or device identifier. | Google Firebase |
All data sent by the app is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). See Google's Privacy Policy.
If you're a creator we work with, you can sign in to the creator dashboard on this website with Google to see how your link is doing. For that we keep your name, email address and Google account ID in Google Firebase Authentication, together with your creator code and the commission we agreed. This is used only to show you your own numbers and to pay you. App users never sign in and never appear here. To have your creator account removed, email us.
Everything the app stores is on your phone, and uninstalling the app deletes it. We hold no account or personal data to delete. Your Google Play purchase record is kept by Google under its own policies, which is how your lifetime unlock comes back when you reinstall.
UthJa Alarm is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the effective date above.
